Egypt Oil Terminals have State agent “Minatank – KOTC Marine Agency Branch” performing all operational co-ordination with Suppliers.  All other commercial agencies perform as Owners Protecting or Funding Agent only

Pilotage / VHF Contact

Pilotage is Compulsory. All berthing, unberthing and manoeuvring of vessels within the port limits, restricted area and prohibited anchorage must be done under the supervision of a KOC Pilot. 
Vessels should arrive with sufficient clean ballast for safe manoeuvring under prevailing weather conditions.
